Returns and Refunds Policy
At Little Woof Paws, we have a 14-day return period. This means that you must register your return with us within 14 days of receiving your order.
After registering your return, you then have another 14 days to send the item back to us.
Conditions for returns
To be eligible for a return:
- the item must be unused and unworn;
- the item must be in its original condition;
- labels and original packaging must be present;
- you must have proof of purchase or an order number.
Before returning, always contact us first via littlewoofpaws@hotmail.com to register your return and receive return instructions.
Return costs
The costs for returning an order are borne by the customer, unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered.
For orders above a certain amount, we offer free shipping. If a partial return causes the remaining order value to fall below the free shipping threshold, the standard shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
When returning the entire order within the statutory withdrawal period, no original shipping costs will be withheld.
Damage or incorrect delivery
Check your order immediately upon receipt. Contact us immediately if an item is damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered so that we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Exceptions to returns
The following items cannot be returned:
- personalized or custom-made products;
- special orders made specifically for the customer;
- gift cards.

Exchanges
Would you like to receive a different item? We ask you to return the current item and then place a new order once the return has been approved.
Statutory right of withdrawal within the EU
When your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason.
The item must be unused and unworn, have labels, and if possible, be returned in its original packaging. Proof of purchase or an order number is required.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
Upon approval, the amount will be refunded within 10 business days via the original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
